About Julie

Julie Stevens started performing at the age of 7 when she took her first dance class. She began modeling at 13, acting at 18, and landed her first talent agent that same year. After college, she attended Lee Strasberg Acting School for a 12-month course in Method Acting.

She soon landed a job as a dancer and cruise staff member for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and worked on board for nearly 8 years before jumping ship to follow her dream of acting in Los Angeles. She signed with an agent and was cast in commercials and films while living in California and trained with some of the best acting and voiceover coaches in the industry. She has also studied the Meisner Technique, scene study and improvisation.

In 2004, Julie moved back to her hometown of Seattle, Washington where she continued her acting career. She became a host and news anchor for Good Morning Northwest at KVEW-TV and honed her improv, presenting and teleprompter skills. After working in London the past four years, Julie is now back in Los Angeles. Julie’s acting career continues to thrive after years in the industry, with several film, television, commercial, corporate video, voiceover, and print credits to her name. 

Julie can be seen in such films as, The 31st Amendment and Why Did You Tell Me. She is currently starring in John Carpenter's Suburban Screams on Peacock, and was cast in the upcoming Netflix series KAOS. Julie was Connie Bliss in the theatre production of The Big Knife.
